There should be a law against being a couch potato! If there were, it would probably be a much better world–there’ll be fewer illnesses and fewer deaths from heart diseases, obesity, diabetes and stroke.

For anyone who wants to live long, sedentary lifestyle is a big no-no. Even if you say that you’re sometimes up in your feet running errands or doing chores at home, you’re still considered to have sedentary lifestyle if you don’t spend at least 30 minutes of your day doing intentional exercises.

Remember, exercise doesn’t have to be something too rigorous. ┬áIt could be a brisk walk around the neighborhood or this simple 30-minute per day squat challenge!
